Orientation Services for New Owners
Whether you just purchased a new hot tub or swim spa or recently moved into a home with an existing unit, we offer orientation appointments to help you get familiar with your hot tub or swim spa.
Orientation services include:
- Overview of spa controls and operation
- Instruction on water care and chemical usage
- Filter maintenance and cleaning techniques
- Seasonal care recommendations
Pricing: $125
Maintenance Packages
Includes:
- On-site water testing
- Chemical adjustments (balancing) as needed
- Remove and clean filters
- Skim debris from surface and vacuum settled debris
- Add water as needed
- Clean and condition cover and headrests
- Drain, clean, and restart every 6–9 months or as needed
Pricing:
- Weekly: $400/month (Hot Tubs) | $600/month (Swim Spas)
- Bi-Weekly: $250/month (Hot Tubs) | $375/month (Swim Spas)
- Monthly: $125/month (Hot Tubs) | $200/month (Swim Spas)
Drain and Clean
Includes plumbing cleaning with Leisure Time® Jet Clean, draining of the hot tub, cleaning of all interior surfaces, and application of UV protectant to the hot tub skirting/cabinet.
Pricing: $125 for hot tubs | $250 for swim spas.
Hot Tub Moves
All moves require completion of the Spa Move Agreement prior to scheduling. Site inspections requested, or required, prior to scheduling the move are $125. This amount will be deducted from the rates below when the move is scheduled.
Pricing:
- Within same yard/property: $300
- Local move (within 40 miles): $450
- Extended local move (41–75 miles): $600
- Out-of-area move (76+ miles): $850
- Crane charges may apply for Swim Spas or specific hot tub conditions requiring additional lifting equipment.
