Chris Osburn has spent the last 14 years helping clients improve their lives through high-quality spas and swim spas from trusted brands like Jacuzzi and Cal Spas. With a deep understanding of hydrotherapy and its many health benefits, Chris is passionate about guiding customers toward products that enhance their well-being. Improving the day-to-day lives of his clients is the ultimate goal for Chris
Born and raised in New Mexico, Chris enjoys long bicycle rides and making memories with his family. A dedicated member of the community, he generously donates his time to the Scouts of America and is a familiar face at local volunteer events with his troop.
Gabriel Torrez

With over 30 years of sales experience, Gabriel Torrez has spent the last 18 years specializing in premium wellness and hearth products, including Cal Spas, Jacuzzi, and Blaze King. Gabe finds his greatest gratification in helping customers improve their health and daily lives through products that enhance comfort and well-being.
New Mexico born, Gabriel is an avid Lobo fan. Saturday night sports events are a regular event at his house. When he’s not working, Gabriel enjoys quality time with his family.
Tracy Miller
Tracy Miller brings over 35 years of experience in the spa and hearth industry, with the last six years focused on selling premier brands like Jacuzzi and Cal Spas. Throughout his career, Tracy has worked with a wide range of hot tub and swim spa lines, giving him a deep understanding of product quality, performance, and customer needs. His extensive knowledge and dedication to helping customers create relaxing and functional home environments have made him a trusted name in the industry.
Originally from Missouri, Tracy made Albuquerque his home, where he has raised his family and built a respected career. His commitment to excellence in the spa and hearth business is matched only by his love for baseball and quality time with his growing family. When he’s not helping customers find the perfect spa or fireplace, Tracy enjoys spending his days off with his three children and eight grandchildren.
Johanna Dorn

With over 25 years in the hearth and spa industry, Johanna Dorn brings a wealth of experience and passion to every customer interaction. Since 1995, she has specialized in premium fire and water products, helping clients find the perfect fit for their homes and lifestyles.
Recently relocated from the East Coast, Johanna now proudly calls New Mexico home. She is NFI certified in Gas, Pellet, and Wood appliances and is committed to helping customers choose products that meet both their needs and their dreams. Outside of work, Johanna is an avid reader and writer who enjoys spending quality time making memories with her family.
Founders & President
Larry Chavez and Joyce Hitchner are the Founders and President of Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, and Blaze King of New Mexico. As partners, they founded Dreamstyle Remodeling in 1989. Over 15+ years, they grew Dreamstyle into one of the largest remodeling companies in the country, with more than 125,000 customers throughout the Western United States. Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, and Blaze King of New Mexico, is the entity that has been chosen to expand our Hot Tub, Swim Spa, Stove and Hearth divisions.
Currently, Larry serves on Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies Remodeling Futures Program Steering Committee and is a mentor for Stanford University’s Latino Entrepreneur Leadership Program. In 2017, he was inducted into the UNM Anderson School of Management Hall of Fame.
