Founders & President
Larry Chavez and Joyce Hitchner are the Founders and President of Southwest Style, Inc. As partners, they founded Dreamstyle Remodeling in 1989. Over the past 15+ years, they grew Dreamstyle into one of the largest remodeling companies in the country, with more than 125,000 customers throughout the Western United States. Southwest Style, Inc., is the entity that has been chosen to expand our Hot Tub, Swim Spa, Stove and Hearth divisions.
Currently, Larry serves on Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies Remodeling Futures Program Steering Committee and is a mentor for Stanford University’s Latino Entrepreneur Leadership Program. In 2017, he was inducted into the UNM Anderson School of Management Hall of Fame.
Larry Chavez Jr.
Larry was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. He is a University of New Mexico graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration. With over 20 years of sales experience in the Sunroom industry, he can help homeowners enhance the enjoyment of their backyards with hot tubs and swim spas. Larry enjoys spending time with his kids and family in his free time away from work. Larry is a sports fan and enjoys watching football games on TV and in person. He also enjoys playing golf when the temperatures are not too cold or too hot.
Chris Osburn
Chris was born and raised in Albuquerque and has been in the home improvement business since 2011. He enjoys helping customers find solutions to improve their day-to-day lives and get more out of their homes. In his spare time, Chris likes to ride his bicycle and go on adventures with his wife and kids.
